Refund policy

Cancellations 

You may cancel your order at any time between the date of purchase and the date your order ships. To cancel, please email help@LitWits.com with your order number.

Returns & Refunds 

We accept returns of unopened, unused kits in original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund to your original payment method. To initiate a return, please email help@LitWits.com with your order number. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Because our kits contain hands-on activity materials, we are unable to accept returns of opened or used kits. If you have questions about whether a kit is right for you, please reach out before ordering—we're happy to help.

Orders placed through a school purchase order (PO) are subject to separate institutional terms and are not eligible for standard returns.

Damaged or incomplete orders 

If your kit arrives damaged or is missing any components, please contact us at help@LitWits.com and we'll make it right immediately.
